Khentrul Rinpoche will reveal how we can enjoy much greater wellbeing in our lives by sharing some remarkable and little known tools for transforming adversity. The vast majority of us have never considered this method for transforming our experience. It is an unparalleled approach which directly pertains to the modern challenges we face.

Khentrul Rinpoche was born in Tibet. He became a monk at the age ofseven and spent thirty years studying meditation and techniques for working with the mind to bring positive change into the world from the inside out. He is the abbot of a monastery in Eastern Tibet, but has been in the United States since 2002. He oversees over twenty meditation groups across the United States and Canada.  His main retreat center is in Parthenon, Arkansas.
