Lama Kunga Rinpoche came to Little Rock on Thursday, April 26 through Saturday, April 28 to teach and give empowerments. After visiting Little Rock, Rinpoche went to Jasper and Fayetteville.

Thursday, April 26: 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• Empowerments: Singhanata and Manjushri
Singhanata (Lion's Roar Avalokitesvara) - This practice is a powerful one, designed to cure hidden diseases and damaged karma of all our lifetimes. The practice helps purify damaged energies related to karma and non-virtuous acts.Singhanata's mantra is:
Om Ah Hri Singhanata Hum Phat
Manjusri - This practice awakens our inner wisdom. It dispels ignorance, the root of all suffering, and helps us discover our crystal mind. Manjusri's mantra is:
Om Ah Ra Pa Tsa Na Dhi
Friday, April 27: 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• Empowerments: Vajrapani and White Mahakala
Vajrapani practice helps protect us from the fear of death, the fear of travel to unknown places, and the fear of unknown personal spaces. Vajrapani's mantra is:
Om Vajrapani Hum Soha
White Mahakala practice is for spiritual and material abundance. Lama Kunga Rinpoche is well known for making Treasure Vases with this deity's blessings White Mahakala's mantra is:
GURU Mahakala Ha Ri Ni Sa Siddhi Dza
Saturday, April 28: 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Empowerments: Chenrezig and Green Tara
Chenrezig practice is to develop true compassion within ourselves. Chenrezig's mantra is:
Om Mani Padme Hum
Green Tara helps us face our own fears. This is a very popular practice in Tibet. Green Tara's mantra is:
Om Tare Tutare Ture Soha
Also on Saturday, there will be:
• Vajrasattva Blessing
• Mandala Tara Offering
• Teachings, with ritual instructions and mudras
