Since what we seek is naturally within us, one way in which Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism leads us to this discovery is by teaching us how to awaken the sacred letters or syllables that are already encoded within us. In this one-day course, we will learn what the tantras have to say about the origins of sound and the physiology of the sacred letters and we will inquire into how they can affect states of consciousness, meditation, healing, and living in the modern world. This was an audio-visual presentation, with lecture, and practice sessions. The course was originally presented at Naropa University. Here are some pictures from this fascinating presentation.
