| The viewpoint of Great Perfection Dzogchen and the complementary meditation practices of the Ngondro Foundations are central and unifying practices in the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. These were presented by Lama Yeshe Wangmo through a series of images, interpretations, and experiential exercises that were suitable for beginners and advanced. |
