EBS has a new practice group dedicated to exploring Buddhist teachings in order to apply them in our daily lives. 

All are welcome!

The mission of the Exploring Buddhism Secular Practice Group is to create a welcoming and inclusive community where people of all beliefs and worldviews can explore the Buddha's teachings. Our purpose is to provide a respectful space for shared reflection and learning, where together we explore a variety of Buddhist traditions through a secular lens. We welcome everyone regardless of religious or non-religious background. Come meditate and seek compassion with us! 

We meet at EBS on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month

5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

EBS is located at 1516 W. 3rd Street, Little Rock, AR 

Format: 15 min silent sitting/meditation followed by a reading and discussion. We are currently reading: Buddhism Plain and Simple by Steven Hagen
